The 3M™ Scott™ ELSA (Emergency Life Support Apparatus) is an escape breathing apparatus which provides a constant supply of air for rapid escape from hazardous industrial and marine environments. The 3M™ Scott™ ELSA is designed to be simple and quick to operate, reliable and robust in use, ensuring maximum protection in an escape situation.
The ELSA is available in durations of 10 or 15 minutes in high visibility PVC or black anti-static polyurethane materials. The ELSA apparatus consists of a cylinder with combined cylinder valve and reducer, supply hose to constant flow hood and stowage bag. The ELSA is activated upon opening the bag whereby a pin which is attached to the ELSA via
a strap is released.
Airline breathing apparatus is the perfect solution for applications across many industries. However, the
selection of the equipment has traditionally been seen as a complicated process due to the high number
of options available.

FLITE COV is a positive pressure Supplied Air Respirator that also provides emergency respiratory protection and escape capability allowing the user to enter hazardous atmospheres including those identified as immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH).
In the event of an interruption of air flow from the primary supply source switchover to emergency cylinder air supply is immediately activated by the automatic change over valve to facilitate safe egress. Warning whistle informs user switch has been made to cylinder air.
The 3M Scott Promask Positive Pressure Facemask is available in two different sizes and will accommodate a wide range of facial shapes and sizes. The masks are positive pressure and feature a Procomp (bromobutyl/EPDM) outer mask with reflex seal and silicone ori-nasal inner mask. The facepiece visor is single curvature and made of a scratch and impact resistant polycarbonate material with a flame-retardant coating and provides excellent panoramic vision. The visor is held in place by two U-shaped clamps. The mask will allow the wearer to wear integrated spectacle frames, without compromising the facemask seal.
The facemask is available with either a five-point fully adjustable neoprene strap style harness, a two-point adjustable polyester or DuPont™ Kevlar® net style harnesses or a clamping system for many leading helmets. The facemask features a left hand side bayonet connection for the demand valve. An option of an additional right hand
quick-fit port to take a communications interface or a drinking adaptor is also available.
A speech diaphragm is mounted at the front of the mask to offer unimpeded speech transmission and there is a low resistance positive pressure exhalation valve that allows for normal breathing with no extra effort

Silicone Rubber outer mask with reflex seal and EDPM ori‑nasal inner mask. The facemask visor is multi curvature and made of a scratch and impact resistant polycarbonate material with a flame retardant coating and provides excellent panoramic vision.
